元器件交易网讯 4月14日消息，据外媒报道，DRAM芯片制造商华亚科技报道3月份总营收为2.24亿美元，环比增长9.9%，符合该公司市场预期值10%。
华亚科技第一季度营收为6.3亿美元，比上一季度下滑3.9%，但同比上升130%。得益于稳定的DRAM芯片价格，华亚科技预计第2季度净利润将超过3.3亿美元，几乎和上一季度持平。

DRAM chipmaker Inotera Memories has reported revenues of NT$6.62 billion (US$220.40 million) for March, up 9.9% on month, which met market expectations for a 10% sequential growth.
First-quarter revenues came to NT$19.85 billion, down 3.9% sequentially but up 130% from a year earlier.
Thanks to stabilized DRAM chip prices, Inotera is expected to garner net profits of over NT$10 billion in the second quarter, almost at the same level as the US$11 billion posted in the previous quarter, according to an industry estimate.
Meanwhile, associate company Nanya Technology posted revenues of NT$3.77 billion for March, up 0.5% on month and 3.9% on year. Accumulated sales for the first quarter of 2014 totaled NT$11.69 billion, increasing 26.5% from a year earlier.
