元器件交易网讯 2月21日消息，据外媒报道，台积电将出资8.33亿美元作为员工年中的奖金。
据悉，该公司有员工39000名。
据电子周刊2014工资调查，这是台积电有史以来最高的奖金支付，比去年年中奖金高出8%。
台积电上周年报显示，台积电在2013年利润达63亿美元，净利润同比增长13%，收入略低于200亿美元。
除了年中奖金，台积电在年终还给固定给员工两个月薪水的奖金。
该公司称，“我们致力于绩效工资激励计划，激励员工为公司增加价值。”

As well as the mid-year bonus TSMC gives its employees a year-end bonus fixed at two months salary
