元器件交易网讯 2月13日消息，华尔街日报称摩托罗拉CEO丹尼斯·伍德赛德（Dennis Woodside）将离职，就任Dropbox首席运营官。

Executive departures (voluntary andotherwise) aren"t uncommon after major acquisitions, and that may well be truefor Lenovo"s deal to acquire Motorola"s cellphone business from Google. TheWall Street Journal claims that Motorola CEO Dennis Woodside is leaving thecompany to become Dropbox"s first Chief Operations Officer. It"s not clear justwhat would be driving Woodside to take a less glamorous role; we"ve reached outto both companies for comment. If true, the move would bring an abrupt end toWoodside"s brief tenure as Moto"s leader. It wouldn"t be surprising to see himgo, however while he reinvigorated the phone pioneer and helped launch someof its best devices in recent memory, the company"s earnings didn"t followsuit.
